Anti-aging Recipe---fried Carrot

Prepare the ingredients, soak the yuba in water to soften it.

Mix Yishutang hemp oil, salt, oyster sauce, soy sauce, sugar, and water into a bowl of juice for later use.

Cut the carrots into hob pieces.
4.
Cut the yuba into long strips and set aside.

Start the frying pan, first add the ginger slices, then pour the carrots into the pan and stir fry for one minute.

Pour in the prepared sauce and yuba, stir-fry evenly, bring to a boil with a lid, and simmer for about 5 minutes.
Tips:
1. If the sauce has too little moisture, you can appropriately increase the amount of water before braising.
2. If you want to play to the anti-aging nutritional value, it is recommended to choose hemp oil in the place where the oil is used, so as to supplement more vitamin E.
