Ants on The Tree

The vermicelli is softened with water, as long as it does not require boiling water.

After removing it, cut into inch sections and drain.

Prepare the condiments, green peppers, garlic, shallots, and meat (I use chicken, beef or pork can be used). Mince the garlic, and cut the others into small cubes.

sauce. You can use only bean paste. I added some beef sauce to make it more fragrant.

After the oil is hot, add a spoonful of sauce to make it fragrant.

Add the diced meat, add minced garlic after the color changes.

After stir-frying, add water and level with minced meat.

After the water boils, add the vermicelli and stir fry.
When it's half dry, add diced green pepper; when it's dry, add chopped green onion and stir fry a few times.

Out of the pot.
Tips:
1. After joining the fans, if the heat cannot be controlled, turn to a low heat. Again, it's no fun if it gets dark.
2. The meat I cut is relatively large, and the one I made is the big ant, and the one that likes the small ant is cut into the bottom, it is the small ant.
