Ants on The Tree

1. The vermicelli is soaked in water first, and then removed for later use.

2. Put a little oil in the pot, add the bean paste, stir-fry on low heat, and fry until the oil is red when the shovel lifts up.

3. Chop the lean meat into minced meat, stir-fry in a pan until dispersed and white, and cook with cooking wine.

4. Put the carrots, ginger, and chopped green onions into the pot and stir-fry evenly.

5. Add boiling water to the edges of the minced meat.

6. Put the vermicelli in the pot, stir fry evenly, and cook.

7. When the water is fast drying, add red pepper, add a little light soy sauce, oil consumption, salt, seasoning, and stir-fry evenly. Turn off the fire.

8. So you can serve it!

Tips:

Since the vermicelli keeps collecting the juice, keep a little bit when collecting the juice, otherwise it will be too dry when serving.
