Cut the beef into small pieces and soak the vermicelli in cold water to soften.

Saute the green onion and ginger and add beef cubes.

Add an appropriate amount of cooking wine to the stir fry. After the meat changes color, take it out and set aside.

In another pan, change the oil to a low heat, add a little bean paste and stir fry until fragrant, then add a little light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, salt, chicken essence, sugar and appropriate amount of water. Simmer for a few minutes on low heat, and when there is no soup in the pot, it is ready for serving.
