Appetizer-hot and Sour Fern Root Noodles

Prepare materials.

Soak the fern root powder overnight in cold water.

Pour water in the pot and bring to a boil, add the soaked fern root powder and cook for a few minutes until soft.

Remove and put in the pure water basin. (Or cool and white open.)

Cut the pepper into small circles.

Tips:
The fern root powder should be soaked overnight in advance. If you are in a hurry, cook it right now! But it takes time.
