Appetizer-hot and Sour Fern Root Noodles

1. Prepare materials.

2. Soak the fern root powder overnight in cold water.

3. Pour water in the pot and bring to a boil, add the soaked fern root powder and cook for a few minutes until soft.

4. Remove and put in the pure water basin. (Or cool and white open.)

5. Cut the pepper into small circles.

6. Adjust the juice, three and a half tablespoons of vinegar, 2 tablespoons of sugar, and 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce in a small bowl and mix well.

7. Dry the fern root powder and add salt to it.

8. Pour in the sweet and sour sauce.

9. Pour an appropriate amount of chili oil according to your own taste.

10. Add minced garlic.

11. Add crushed chili and stir evenly and sprinkle with crushed peanuts.

Tips:

The fern root powder should be soaked overnight in advance. If you are in a hurry, cook it right now! But it takes time.
The amount of seasoning is adjusted according to your own taste.
