The most heart-warming thing is the mother's love, dried beans brought from home, fried to a plate of childhood taste ^ ^

Appetizers (fried Pork with Dried Beans and Garlic Moss)

1. Dried beans need to be soaked for 4-5 hours. I usually soak it before going out in the morning, and fry it when I come back from get off work in the evening~ Wash the ingredients and cut them into dices.

2. After the pot is heated, add some cooking oil, add pork belly, fry the lard, and dried beans are quite oily~

3. Add garlic and dried chilies, stir-fry until fragrant

4. Add dried beans, stir fry for 3-4min

5. Add the garlic moss, stir fry for 2-3 minutes, add a small bowl of water, stuff for 4-5 minutes

6. After the water is almost dry, add the chopped chili peppers, add some light soy sauce, salt to taste, soy sauce color, stir fry evenly, and out of the pot

Tips:

This dish can be fried more spicy, the dried chili is recommended to be replaced with millet chili, and the dried beans must be stuffed to taste ^ ^
