Appetizing Cold Noodles

Cook the noodles first, remove them and cool them with cold water, place them on a cutting board, sprinkle with sesame oil, stir well and set aside.

After cutting the green onion, ginger, garlic, and green bamboo shoots, set aside.

Then put the noodles into the plate and put the green bamboo shoots on it.

Start seasoning, add chili pepper, minced ginger, minced garlic and stir well, add proper amount of pepper oil

Then add chicken essence, monosodium glutamate, sugar, and mix well.

Then add light soy sauce, rice vinegar, and mix well.

Finally, pour the juice, sprinkle with chopped green onion, and then use.
Tips:
Do not cook the noodles too softly.
