Appetizing Cold Noodles

1. Cook the noodles first, remove them and cool them with cold water, place them on a cutting board, sprinkle with sesame oil, stir well and set aside.

2. After cutting the green onion, ginger, garlic, and green bamboo shoots, set aside.
