Apple Pie
1.
The main materials are ready;
2.
Put 140 grams of butter, 250 grams of flour, 80 grams of sugar, salt, and the yolk of an egg into the dough box and beat for 3 minutes, then slowly add water and continue to beat until the dough is smooth and even;
3.
Wrap it in plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator for about 1 hour;
4.
Green apples are peeled, cored and cut into thin slices;
5.
Take a larger container, add apple slices, 1/2 lemon juice, 1/2 tablespoon of cinnamon powder, 10 grams of sugar, and 50 grams of brown sugar and stir thoroughly for later use;
6.
Take out the dough from the refrigerator, cut into two equal pieces, sprinkle a little flour on the workbench, put the dough on, and roll the two pieces of dough into the original shape slightly larger than the pie pan;
7.
Glue flour on both sides of the dough and put it into the pie pan, press one of the dough pieces against the bottom of the pie pan, and remove the extra dough on the edge of the pie pan;
8.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, put a piece of baking paper on the dough with the bottom of the pie, pour some beans or pie beads, put it in the third layer of the preheated oven, and bake at 180 degrees for 10 minutes;
9.
Take out the baked pie base, fill in apple slices, and cover with another slice of dough. Cut a small hole in the middle, and cut a few knives around the small hole to release air;
10.
Mix well with 10 grams of butter, 1 tablespoon of water, and 1 egg white, and brush evenly on the surface of the pie crust;
11.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, put the finished pie on the third level of the oven, and bake for about 35 minutes until the pie is golden brown.
Tips:
1. Roll the pie as much as possible to have a uniform thickness;
2. The taste of green apples is sour, so there is more brown sugar to improve the taste and balance the taste. If you use sweet apples, you can reduce the amount of brown sugar.
This recipe uses the Midea Smart Pinshang built-in oven, the model is ET1065PS-21SE, with a large capacity of 65L. Please adjust the baking time appropriately according to the power and temperature difference of your own oven.
