Apple Sweet and Sour Pork Ribs

Wash the ribs and cut them into more even pieces. Use boiling water to fly the water, and then rinse them with cold water until the water is not bloody. Pick it up. Cut the ginger into thin slices.

Prepare two apples and red peppers. Peel and cut the apples into cubes. The peppers are also de-seeded and cut into cubes.

Under the hot pan, walk a little bit of peanut oil, pour in the ribs and stir-fry until the oil comes out, then pour the red wine into it and cover it with a lid for two minutes and simmer.

After the ribs are out of oil, the aroma will come out. Put the five-spice powder in and stir-fry, and add sweet vinegar.

Then pour a bowl of water into it, put a small piece of brown sugar in the ribs, cover and cook for 5 minutes.

After five minutes, open the lid and turn it over with a spatula to prevent the bottom from sticking. Continue to cook for another 10 minutes. The ribs should be tender.

The gravy of the cooked spare ribs is almost dried up, so put them in storage at this time.

After the pan is cleaned, continue to heat the pan, put the peppers in and fry until fragrant, then pour the apples in and fry the peppers for two minutes.
