Arctic Red Ginseng Wonton

Prepare wonton wrappers, Arctic red ginseng and pork.

Wash and mince pork.

Put the pork in a bowl, add rice wine, light soy sauce and starch and mix well.

Finely chop Arctic Red Ginseng into a bowl and mix well to form wonton filling.

Take a piece of wonton wrapper, put it in the filling, and wrap it without revealing the filling.

Cut seaweed into small pieces and pour into a large bowl.

Wash the chives and chop them into a bowl, add salt, lard, and pepper.
8.
Boil the water in the pot and pour the wrapped wontons.
9.
Spoon a spoonful of broth into a bowl, add cooked wontons and serve.
