I bought two bags of Arctic prawns and frozen them separately. You only need to take out a part of them when you eat them. Add some vegetables to make fried rice, which will make your child's diet more colorful and nutritious. If you like a strong flavor, you can add more shrimp sauce that has been fried before.

Ingredients

Arctic Shrimp Fried Rice

1. Add water to raw rice and steam for 25 minutes. The rice needs to be harder to make the right amount for the restaurant, and the water just passes the surface of the rice grains.

Tips:

1. You can use leftover rice overnight to make fried rice, the effect is better, the rice that is braised now needs less water.
2. When putting the rice in, you can choose to stir-fry on a low fire and stir-fry the water on the rice grains to a degree of distinct grains. If you keep sautéing on high heat, the vegetables will become mushy due to the high temperature.
