Arctic Shrimp Fried Rice

Add water to raw rice and steam for 25 minutes. The rice needs to be harder to make the right amount for the restaurant, and the water just passes the surface of the rice grains.

Pour oil into the pot, stir-fry the Arctic shrimp for tens of seconds, add a little salt, and serve after changing the color.

Add a little more oil, add zucchini and carrot slices and stir fry.

Pour in the steamed rice and crush it with a spatula.

Add salt and light soy sauce to taste.

Add in the pre-fried Arctic prawns, and then drizzle some fried prawn oil, the taste is even better! .
Tips:
1. You can use leftover rice overnight to make fried rice, the effect is better, the rice that is braised now needs less water.
2. When putting the rice in, you can choose to stir-fry on a low fire and stir-fry the water on the rice grains to a degree of distinct grains. If you keep sautéing on high heat, the vegetables will become mushy due to the high temperature.
