Arctic Shrimp Kumquat Salad

Clean the Arctic shrimp, cut the back of the shrimp, add a little salt and pepper, and marinate for a certain period of time.

Cut the kumquat into round slices and cut the cherry tomatoes in half.

Tips:
The kumquats inside can be replaced with tangerines or oranges.
