Assorted Fried Rice

Dice cucumber and luncheon meat, beat eggs with 1/2 teaspoon salt, mince chives and set aside.

Wipe the pot dry and pour 1 tablespoon of oil.

When the oil is heated to 50% hot, pour in the beaten eggs, stir quickly to form a lump, set aside.

Pour in the luncheon meat and use the remaining oil to stir-fry the meat until it tastes delicious.
5.
When the surface of the meat is slightly charred, pour in the overnight rice, add the remaining 1/2 of the salt, and stir-fry evenly.
6.
Add the eggs scrambled in step 3 and stir-fry evenly.
7.
Add the diced cucumber, stir fry quickly and evenly, turn off the heat and bring out the pan.
Tips:
1. You don't need to stick to any ingredients, you can put whatever you like or what you have at home!
2. The meat must be stir-fried to taste better when the aroma comes out.
