Assorted Fried Rice Noodles

The rice noodles are dry, so it’s best to soak overnight until soft

After soaking, pour in about 70° water, cover the pot and simmer. If you can’t control the water temperature, put it in a pot on high heat until there are small bubbles in the water, then turn off the heat and simmer

The rice noodles can be picked up after a full circle

Drain the water and set aside

Soak the bean sprouts and black fungus, wash, and slice the ham for later use

Pour a small amount of oil into the pot and heat it on high heat, add the side dishes and fry until they are cut off and set on a plate for later use

Pour a small amount of oil into the pot again and heat it up, then pour in the rice noodles and stir fry

Put in the dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, and hot sauce in turn and stir fry

Add salt, chopped green onion and stir fry

Finally, sprinkle with pepper and stir-fry evenly, then turn off the heat and serve it out!
Tips:
1: Soaking the rice noodles is the most important thing. If the time of soaking is short, the finished product tastes hard and not tasty. If it is soaked for a long time, the rice noodles will break during frying
