Assorted Fried Steamed Buns

Prepare materials.

Dice the leftover buns.

Cut the green peppers and carrots into dices about the size of steamed buns, and cut the scallions into sections.

Add oil in a hot pan, add green onions and stir fragrant.

Stir-fry the carrots.

I like the carrots to be slightly softer, so add some hot water, and you can omit the ones you don’t like.

When the water is almost boiling dry, add the green peppers and bean sprouts and fry them until they are broken.

Set the fried vegetables aside, add some oil to the pan, and stir-fry the steamed buns.

After the steamed buns are evenly heated, they are mixed with vegetables, and seasoned with salt and light soy sauce.

Add a little pepper and sprinkle with chopped green onion.
Tips:
For the steamed bun, it is better to cut leftover steamed buns. If it is freshly made, put it in the refrigerator for a while.
The vegetables and meat can be selected according to your preferences.
