Assorted Nut Fried Rice

Macadamia nuts, walnuts, pecans, almonds are peeled, crab and cucumber seeds are served on a plate for later use; carrots are diced, sweet green peppers are diced.

Heat the pan, add half of the oil, and stir-fry the diced carrots until they change color;

Then put the sweet green peppers in the pan and stir fry until the color changes. Set up a plate abroad for spare.

Put the other half of the oil in the pan, stir-fry the rice in the pan, add salt and light soy sauce, stir fry for color and flavor.

Stir-fry the nuts, carrots and sweet green peppers in the pan. Take out the pan and serve.
Tips:
Pay attention to the light soy sauce, do not put the dark soy sauce, the dark soy sauce is too thick, which will affect the color of the fried rice.
Carrots and sweet green peppers must be cooked midway, otherwise they will be too ripe and lose their crispy taste.
