The colder the weather, the more I want to eat hot pot. I cooked a porridge hot pot at home on weekends and added rice and millet to make rice milk and add Knorr Soup Bao to be super delicious and healthy!

Assorted Porridge Hot Pot

1. Soak rice and millet in water for a while

2. Put the cooking machine to whipped into rice milk

3. Put it in a casserole and boil

4. Add Knorr Soup Bao, stir carefully while cooking

5. Add the ginger shreds and continue to cook until the soup thickens

6. Add winter bamboo shoots and cook first to continue to increase the umami taste at the bottom of the pot

7. After boiling, you can cook the seafood first

8. Re-cook meat

9. Re-cook mushrooms

10. Finally add vegetables like greens

11. The porridge hot pot is healthy and delicious, so I used Knorr's dipping dew and added red pepper rings as a dipping sauce

Tips:

The cooking time of the porridge must be cooked while stirring, otherwise it will stick to the pot, and the ingredients for the hot pot should be adjusted by yourself.
