Assorted Soft Tofu

Main and auxiliary ingredients: lactone tofu, meat sausage, black fungus, sharp pepper

First tear off the film on the lactone tofu, and then buckle it upside down on the cutting board. Use scissors to cut a small cut at each of the four corners.

Blow each of the cut openings, and the tofu box can be easily removed.

Cut the whole lactone tofu into pieces and put it on the plate.

Cut black fungus, sausage and other ingredients into cubes.

Then boil water in a pot, add lactone tofu and steam for 5 minutes.

There is some water in the tofu at this time. Do not decanted.

This is the processed semi-finished product, ready for use.

Boil the juice: Put an appropriate amount of old soup in the pot (you can also use water).

Bring to a boil, add fungus and cook for 1 minute.

Then add other ingredients.

Bring to a boil, add salt and MSG to taste.

Pour in water and starch to thicken the thick gorgon.

When the gorgon juice is gelatinized, turn off the heat.

Pour the boiled gorgon juice evenly on the lactone tofu and serve.
Tips:
1. The ingredients can be arbitrarily matched.
2. Water can be used if there is no old soup, but a little light soy sauce should be added.
