Autumn Breeze-a Pot of Stew

Soak the sweet potato powder softly; deep-fried yuba soak and cut into sections; peanut meat soak to squeeze the moisture; soybean sprouts to remove the roots; pork belly, sauce, garlic slices.

Heat oil in a pot, sauté the ginger slices and some garlic sprouts.

Put the pork belly and fry until the color changes.

Put the fried yuba and sweet potato flour together.

Add water to the pot, the amount of water should cover all the ingredients; after the high heat is boiled, turn to low heat and simmer slowly for 10 minutes.
