I like to eat buns, every year when the pumpkin is ripe, I make pumpkin buns. Cut a few green chilies, chopped green onions, and minced ginger, it tastes really good. Pumpkins are not peeled. Don't use radish wipes, just cut into small dices. But dicing is so tiring. For the sake of deliciousness, let it go, hehe.

Autumn Leaves Pumpkin Buns

1. Put the flour into the baking powder and warm water to form a suitable soft and hard dough. Proof for 60 minutes

2. Diced pumpkin, chopped green onion, minced ginger, oyster sauce, sesame oil, salt, five spice powder, chili minced, mix and mix

3. After the dough is proofed, knead and divide into small balls

4. Roll out the leather bag and squeeze the pumpkin stuffing left and right. Put more stuffing on this kind of stuffed bun. Organized into autumn leaves

5. After wrapping, let it stand for 20 minutes, let it be steamed in cold water, 15 minutes for everyone, turn off the heat and stop for 5 minutes to lift off the lid

Tips:

Pumpkins don’t need simmering water, but you need to add some oil first, mix well, and then add salt and oyster sauce. Prevent it from getting water. The wrapped buns should be proofed again for 20 minutes in the steamer.
