Baby's Delicious Porridge

Soak the rice with a small amount of oil in advance for 20-30 minutes.

Wash the choy sum and dice.

Dice the carrots and cut the corn kernels.

The shredded pork is marinated in cooking wine and soy sauce. I didn't take pictures. Dice luncheon meat, preserved eggs are what I like to eat, so after cooking, I took out the baby’s and added one.

After the porridge has been cooked for about 30 minutes, add corn and carrots. About 40 minutes, add luncheon meat, vegetables, salt, and season. Boil for about 3 minutes, add chicken essence, and it will come out of the pan.
