Baby Abalone Mustard Salad

Wash 4 small abalones, put them in a pot and cook for 7 minutes. The small tomatoes are cleaned, cut in half and put into a bowl

Cut the avocado into small pieces and put them in a bowl to clean up the viscera of the abalone, rinse with cold water

Cut the baby abalone into small cubes and put them in the bowl with the two main sauces: salad dressing and mustard

Take a small bowl, squeeze in an appropriate amount of salad dressing and then squeeze in a small amount of mustard

Mix the 2 kinds of sauces into the piping bag and cut a small mouth

Squeeze it on top of the ingredients, squeeze some lemon juice and drizzle some olive oil, and stir well.
