Baby Food Supplement Edamame Chicken Noodles
1.
Remove the thin film, wash and steam the edamame (I have steamed for more than 20 minutes, so I must make sure the beans are cooked)
2.
Add proper amount of warm water to the cooking machine to muddy
3.
The chicken is blanched in water first, and cooked with the cut carrots (you can cook it longer if you want to keep the stock)
4.
Puree the cooked chicken and carrots separately (I use carrots at a time), leaving aside the amount for the baby
5.
Frozen the remaining meat and vegetable puree and remember the date. One piece at a time is enough for the baby to eat
6.
Put the amount your baby eats on the cooked noodles and add a few drops of walnut oil
7.
Stir it well, the baby’s supper is OK
