Bacon and Cheese Baked Rice

Wash the cauliflower to remove the floating ash, soak it in water with salt and baking soda flour for 10 minutes, then rinse it off, break the cauliflower into small flowers, blanch the water and blanch it in a bowl for later use

Cut off both ends of the onion, peel off the skin, wash and set aside 2 large slices

Cut the onion into small cubes and put it in a bowl for later use

Cut the bacon into small pieces and set aside

Set out 2 bowls of rice for use

After the pan is heated, pour in an appropriate amount of vegetable oil and heat the oil, then add the onion and stir fry

Stir fry with bacon

Add cauliflower and stir fry

Add rice and stir fry

Add salt, sugar, cooking wine and soy sauce to a bowl, add a little water, and mix well into a bowl, pour into the pot and stir evenly

Put it in a baking bowl

Spread the cheese slices on the baking bowl

Put it in the oven at 170 degrees for 10 minutes and the cheese will melt.

Take out the oven and enjoy
Tips:
If you can’t eat cauliflower at a time, you can divide it into a meal, put it in a fresh-keeping bag, put it in the refrigerator, and store it as you eat it. Wash it and blanch it before storing it in the refrigerator.
