Bacon and Onion Fried Rice
1.
(Wash the bacon. You can soak it in water. It is not so salty. Use raw bacon.) Dice the bacon and onion. (The bacon is divided into fat and lean) Scallions are cut into chopped green onions. Loose the rice overnight (more delicious when fried).
2.
No need to pour the oil, pour in the diced cured pork, explode the oil, and explode the diced pork to dryness. (If there is too much oil, pour a little out in a small bowl, the oil can be used as usual).
3.
After the fat bacon is dried, pour in the lean bacon and fry a few times.
4.
After sautéing, pour in the diced onion and saute the onion until fragrant.
5.
Pour in the overnight rice, turn on a lower heat (easy to paste) and stir fry slowly, crush the rice into particles. Continue to stir fry. It takes a lot of time here. It's almost done until the rice is fragrant.
6.
Put a little salt in the end (because the bacon is already salty). You can leave it without salt and taste it. If the taste is not enough, put it in again. Add some MSG and stir-fry evenly. Finally, add chopped green onion and stir fry. Enough.
Tips:
1. Raw bacon should be used for bacon.
2. Wash the bacon and soak it, not so salty.
3. The bacon itself is very salty. Taste the rice when you put the salt. If the taste is not enough, add salt again.
