Bacon and Potato Braised Rice

After washing the potatoes, cut into cubes, soak them in cold water to remove starch, and change the water several times in between.

Soak the mushrooms in cold water in advance.

After about 1 hour, wash the shiitake mushrooms, dice them, and continue to soak them in clean cold water.

The bacon is soaked in cold water in advance (softened), and ginger and cooking wine are added when soaking (to remove fishy).

Dice the bacon and knead it in boiling water. (Or blanch)

Midea AH cooker comes with a measuring cup, take 1 cup of rice, and wash it with cold water.

Drain the cleaned rice and put it in the maifan stone gall and add the shiitake mushroom water (the diced mushrooms are squeezed to remove the water first).

Continue to add cold water to the water level. (The AH cooker comes with a measuring cup for rice capacity, and there is a corresponding water level in the medical stone gall, which is very convenient)

Put the diced mushrooms, diced potatoes, and diced bacon into the Maifan stone pot.

Add 2 teaspoons of cooking wine, 2 teaspoons of light soy sauce, 3 teaspoons of dark soy sauce, 2 teaspoons of salt, and 2 teaspoons of cooking oil.

Stir the chopsticks evenly and put them in the AH pot.

Click the "cooking" button twice, and the "quiet cooking-Q bomb" mode will appear for simmering.

After the cooking program ends automatically, just sprinkle chopped green onion.
