Bacon Braised Rice

Prepare dishes: diced bacon, potatoes, carrots, sliced sausages, prepare chopped green onion and ginger

Open the fire and pour a small amount of oil in the pot, because bacon and sausages contain oil, so the pot does not need too much oil

Pour in the bacon and stir fry. After the color changes, add the sausage and continue to stir fry, then add the cooking wine, soy sauce, and oyster sauce in turn, and continue to stir until the bacon and sausage changes evenly.

Add the diced potatoes and carrots, add appropriate amount of salt (the sausage and bacon itself contains salt, put as little salt as possible), stir fry until the color is uniform, add appropriate amount of water, turn off the heat after boiling

Pour the fried main ingredients into the rice cooker, wash the rice (I don’t have the habit of soaking the rice in advance because I like to eat harder rice), pour the raw rice into the pot and observe the amount of water. Generally, I will make the amount of water in the pot high Rice noodles 5-10mm

Cover the lid, turn on the wood-fired rice mode, OK, wait for the meal (requiring delicate friends can put the washed small rapeseed or cabbage heart in the pot 10 minutes before the rice is cooked, and there will be a bacon scent after simmering cooked.
Tips:
Cook the cooked rice with the original soup. If you accidentally put less salt, you can mix it with minced garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, and pour it in a bowl for seasoning. The garlic juice is greasy. It is an excellent match for braised rice.
