Bacon Chiba Tofu

Ingredients: a box of Chiba tofu, homemade bacon, green and red peppers and garlic sprouts.

Cut Chiba tofu, bacon, and ginger into thin slices, cut dried chili into sections, and cut green and red peppers and garlic into sections diagonally.

Put a little oil in the pan, add the bacon and stir fry.

After the bacon is transparent and oily, add the pepper, ginger slices and dried chili and stir fry until fragrant.

Pour in Chiba tofu and stir fry.

Stir in salt and soy sauce and stir well.

Add the green and red pepper segments and the garlic sprouts and stir-fry evenly, then add the chicken essence before starting the pan.

Spread ginger, onion, and chives in a dry pot.

Transfer the fried Chiba tofu into a dry pot, place it on an alcohol stove and enjoy it warmly.
