Bacon Chive

Wash and drain the leek, cut into sections for later use

Cut bacon into small pieces, garlic into small pieces
3.
Stir the garlic in a hot pan with warm oil

Then put the bacon chunks

Fry quickly until white
6.
Pour the leek moss
7.
Stir fry the leeks quickly until cooked
8.
Add a little salt and stir-fry and serve on the plate.
