Bacon Enoki Mushroom Roll

Defrost the bacon. Remove the roots of enoki mushrooms.

All seasonings except barbecue powder and cumin roast. Add canola oil to make a barbecue sauce.

Put the bacon. Put the enoki mushroom in the middle and roll it up

Fix it with a small barbecue stick and put it on the baking tray

Brush the sauce evenly. Preheat the oven at 150° for five minutes.

Bake in the oven at 150° for ten minutes.

Tips:
Frying in a pan is also possible. But it is convenient to use an oven.
