Bacon Ham Pizza

Add yeast and sugar to a small amount of warm water and leave it for about 2 to 3 minutes (it’s fine if bubbles appear)

300g flour with a little salt

Pour the live yeast into the flour, then add about 100g of water and dough

Put the plastic wrap on the mixed noodles and wait for the noodles to double their size

Cut bacon, ham, green pepper, red pepper, cheese and set aside

Roll the cooked noodles into big round cakes, put them in a baking tray, and poke numerous small holes with a fork (a few toothpicks can also be used instead)

Feel a layer of pizza sauce on the dough

Plus the prepared ham, bacon, green and red peppers (put in the order of meat and vegetables)

Bake for about 25 minutes, take out and sprinkle with cheese
