Bacon Lotus Root

Cut the bacon into small pieces with a knife.

Wash the lotus root, peel it, and cut into slices.

Add a small amount of oil to the pan and saute the chopped green onions, add and stir-fry.

Add lotus root slices and continue to stir-fry for 1 minute.

Add light soy sauce, salt and a small amount of water, and stir-fry until the soup is dry.
6.
Add chicken essence to taste, sprinkle with rape leaves and stir-fry evenly.
Tips:
The lotus root itself contains starch, so you don’t need to thicken it after adding water, it will dry out the soup after burning it for a while.
