Bacon Roasted Two-color Rice

Prepare materials

Melt bacon into ice, wash and slice bacon and shiitake mushrooms, and cut in half

Tips:
1, 2 color rice should be soaked one night in advance;
2. I don’t have to put oil in the fried bacon, but there is fat in the root;
3. If it is to add boiling water, the time can be shortened by about 10 minutes, depending on the temperature of your own bread machine;
4. The bacon that I temporarily took from the refrigerator had ice cubes, so I just knocked it for about four slices.
