[bacon Season] Bacon Diced Peas

Rinse the bacon with rice-washing water, then rinse it with clean water; put it in a boiling pot and cook it, then cool it and dice it;

Sausages are processed into diced sausages in the same way;

Wash the peas thoroughly and drain the water for later use;

Pour a small amount of vegetable oil into the pot, heat up, add the diced bacon and stir fry;

After frying the oil a little bit, add the diced sausage and stir fry;

Add dried chili and Chinese pepper to fry for a fragrance;
7.
Add peas and continue to stir fry;
8.
Add appropriate amount of light soy sauce and stir-fry evenly;
9.
Add an appropriate amount of salt and stir-fry evenly;
10.
Put it on the plate and serve it out.
Tips:
My bacon is not very salty, so it is not seasoned separately when frying;
