Bacon Stir-fried Garlic

Remove the roots, yellow leaves and other useless parts, wash and drain.

Cut garlic white into sections.

Cut garlic leaves into sections.

Thin slices of bacon.

Heat oil in a dry pan, add lean bacon and fry until completely discolored.

Add garlic and stir fry for about one minute.
8.
Add garlic leaves and dried chili shells and fry for about 3 minutes.
9.
When the vegetables are cooked, add appropriate amount of salt and light soy sauce, stir-fry well and then serve.
