Bacon Stir-fried Rice Cake

Wash the garlic sprouts and cut into sections

Cooked smoked bacon slices

Slice the hand-made rice cakes, add water to a boiling pot, bring to a boil, add a little salt, a few vegetable oils, boil the rice cakes for two minutes, remove and drain the water

Cut old ginger into fines, 2 millet peppers, cut into sections

After the pot is heated, add the sliced bacon and stir fry

Stir the bacon and remove the oil

Leave the oil for sautéing the bacon in the pot, add the millet chili section and the ginger to make it fragrant

Add the blanched rice cake, add a small amount of salt and 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce and stir-fry evenly

Add garlic sprouts and bacon, shovel in the pan for a minute or so, then you can put it on the pan
