Bacon Stir-fried Scallions

Pick the green onions, wash them, and cut them into sections. I didn’t want the tails of the onions (the onions are sweet and delicious). I cut the bacon very thinly. If you want the taste of bacon, please cut a bit thicker.

The bacon bursts into a scent!

Add the shallots and stir fry a few times, the shallots are harder to cook than the leaves

Add green onion leaves, pour half of the sauce into the pot, so that it will be a little juicy, stir fry a few times, add a few drops of fish sauce or salt to get out of the pot

Refreshing, juicy, fragrant, good for dinner!
