Braised Pork Belly with Potatoes

Prepare the materials

Spread the pork belly with hot water

Stir-fry pork belly and shiitake mushrooms with a small amount of water; add a spoonful of soy sauce and salt to boil until the water boils, pour into the pressure cooker and simmer for 30 minutes

After 20 minutes, cut the potatoes and chopped green onions
