Baked Alphabet Spaghetti with Cheese Meatballs

Prepare the ingredients, cut the onion into pieces, and make the homemade pork balls (refer to the recipe I uploaded earlier) from the refrigerator and thaw them for later use.

Prepare some water in the pot, boil it on high heat, and add a small spoonful of salt.

Pour in the letter-shaped pasta, turn off the heat after boiling, cover and simmer for 8 minutes.

After 8 minutes, the pasta has been cooked thoroughly. Drain the water and pour it into a glass bowl that can be placed in the oven. Spread an appropriate amount of onion.

Put the meatballs in, and spread the right amount of spaghetti sauce.

Spread the grated cheese on the pasta.

Tips:
The key to cooking pasta is to add a little salt to the hot water, turn off the heat and simmer for a few minutes after the water is boiled, because the refrigerator only has onions, so the ingredients are relatively simple. If you have time to prepare, you can add mushrooms, carrots, and broccoli. Because the cheese has a salty taste and the pasta sauce is also seasoned, I just add salt when cooking the pasta for this recipe, and the finished product is full of flavor.
