It’s a great honor to get the bacon trial. I made this bacon mashed potato. The appearance is pretty. (Without peas, it would be more beautiful.) It took nearly an hour to make such a small bowl. In the time, I added mozzarella cheese, but I didn’t expect the drawing to be very beefy, not much sprinkled, but the drawing is getting longer and longer. There is a feeling of constant cutting and chaos, haha. The daughter does not need 5 minutes to finish eating.
Bacon is used for many purposes. It is a bit similar to pickled products. I have tasted its taste for the first time. I naturally like it if I am used to eating pickled products.

Baked Bacon and Brushed Mashed Potatoes

1. Prepare the ingredients in advance, wash and peel the corn, finely dice carrots, cook potatoes, and dice onions

2. Take two slices of bacon,

3. Cut into small pieces.

4. Put it in a wok and fry slowly on low heat until two golden sections are removed and put in a large bowl. The fried oil leaves the stir-fried vegetables

5. Add corn and diced carrots, stir fry, and season with salt

6. Stir-fry corn and diced carrots, add chopped onions, and fry until fragrant.

7. Peel the potatoes.

8. Press into a puree, add the fried bacon, corn and carrot diced.

9. Add milk, other seasonings, I add chili powder, salt and pepper powder, cumin powder, cooking oil, put on gloves and mix well.

10. Put the mixed mashed potatoes in a baking bowl

11. Sprinkle a layer of mozzarella cheese.

12. Sprinkle a layer of corn, bacon, and diced carrots on top.

13. Sprinkle another layer of mozzarella cheese

14. Put it into the preheated oven, about 175 degrees, the upper layer, bake for 25 minutes.

Tips:

1. Fry the bacon on low heat until the oil is produced. The oil can be used for cooking. The bacon itself has a salty taste, so don't put salt in it.
2. To have a drawing effect, add mozzarella cheese.
