Baked Bacon with Potato and Cheese

Dice carrots, dice celery, slice garlic, cut red pepper into small cubes, and cut bacon into the same slices

Peel cooked sweet potatoes, add milk and stir into mashed potatoes

Add oil to the pan, saute the garlic slices at medium temperature, then add green beans, diced carrots, corn and stir fry, then add celery, stir fry, add salt and black pepper to taste

Add the mashed potatoes to the above fried ingredients and stir evenly

Spread the mixed fillings on the bacon slices, then spread another slice, put some mashed potatoes, and finally put a slice of bacon, then sprinkle shredded cheese and rosemary on the bacon, and put the small red pepper into the oven at 180 degrees. Bake for 5 minutes, and the cheese will melt and brown.
