Baked Cold Noodles

Beat the eggs, add a spoon of sugar to the garlic chili sauce, chop coriander and green onions, vinegar, ready

Because my pan is small, I divided the whole cold noodles into two. Use less oil and the lowest heat is enough. Pour the egg liquid on the cold noodles. (Don’t turn the noodles in a hurry, wait until the eggs are solidified.)

Take out the fried cold noodles and cut them, because it is not convenient to cut them in the pan. Although it is a bit more troublesome but the taste, the heat will be better.

Add the sauce and change it to medium heat. You can add ham sausage. I didn’t add the ham because I was a vegetarian today. Finally, I added coriander and shallots to the pan.
