The method of baking cold noodles is actually very simple, you can make them at home. In this way, you can eat without worrying about the hygiene and other issues brought about by roadside stalls. You can add whatever ingredients you like, and you don’t have to worry about the cost at all. You can do whatever you want. The taste is not inferior to the ones sold outside, and even better than the ones sold outside!

Baked Cold Noodles

1. Cut the pork into a small bowl, then add a little salt

2. Add a small amount of starch so that the meat is not old and tender

3. Mix the pork and the seasoning

4. Prepare the required ingredients: purple cabbage, coriander and green onions, wash

5. Cut the purple cabbage into thin strips, and dice coriander and green onions

6. Put an appropriate amount of blended oil in the pot, put the pork into the pot after the oil is hot

7. Stir fry until the meat changes color on both sides, then put the meat in a bowl and set aside

8. Put a little blending oil in the pot

9. After the oil is hot, put a piece of cold noodles into the pan, and pour a small amount of cold water along the side of the pan after frying for a while, so that the cold noodles will be soft and taste better

10. When the cold noodles are softer, beat an egg on the cold noodles, you can also add another egg

11. Spread the eggs evenly so that there is egg liquid on the cold surface

12. The egg started to solidify slowly

13. Use a spatula or use both hands to lift up the two corners and turn the cold side upside down, so that the side with the egg liquid is facing down

14. Brush the sweet noodle sauce or other hot sauce evenly on the cold noodles

15. Put the chopped green onion on the cold surface. As much as you like

16. Spread the purple cabbage and coriander evenly on the cold surface

17. Put the fried meat on top of the vegetables

18. Roll up the cold grilled noodles from one end, then cut into several sections and serve

Tips:

1. Add a little water when frying cold noodles, so that the cold noodles are not hard and have a softer taste;

2. Use a small fire, not in a hurry;

3. The sauce used can be adjusted according to your own preferences. Hot sauce, sugar and vinegar can all be added.
