Baked Cold Noodles

Cut the pork into a small bowl, then add a little salt

Add a small amount of starch so that the meat is not old and tender

Prepare the required ingredients: purple cabbage, coriander and green onions, wash

Cut the purple cabbage into thin strips, and dice coriander and green onions

Tips:
1. Add a little water when frying cold noodles, so that the cold noodles are not hard and have a softer taste;
2. Use a small fire, not in a hurry;
3. The sauce used can be adjusted according to your own preferences. Hot sauce, sugar and vinegar can all be added.
