Konjac tofu is a new type of health food. It can be cooked alone or eaten with other dishes. Its taste is refreshing. It is eaten the same way as homemade tofu. Shredded or sliced konjac tofu and fried meat with hot and sour sauce, or single-fried. It has the effect of detoxification and is a scavenger of the intestinal tract. Baked Ham with Konjac Tofu

Tips:
