Baked Large Intestine

Wash the large intestine, add 10g salt, 5g pepper, 20g spring onion, 5g ginger and cook for 30 minutes.

Dice ginger, green onion, garlic, 10 onion, green red pepper and set aside.

Wait until the large intestine is boiled until it can easily pierce the large intestine with chopsticks.
