A good way out for leftover rice. Forget about fried rice with eggs and mixed vegetables and meat. Wouldn't a bowl of fragrant baked rice be more exotic? This is enough for two people.

Baked Rice with Mixed Vegetables and Bacon

1. Wash the green peppers, onions, and mushrooms, chop them and set aside.

2. Chop the bacon slices and set aside.

3. Heat a little olive oil in a pot and turn to low heat.

4. Sprinkle in the chopped onion first, fry the onion fragrance.

5. Add green peppers and mushrooms and stir-fry evenly.

6. Put the rice in, stir-fry the rice vigorously without leaving lumps, and sprinkle with salt, chicken essence, pepper, five-spice powder, and stir-fry evenly on low heat.

7. Put the rice in a large baked rice bowl, press flat, and sprinkle with black olives.

8. Spread the mozzarella cheese evenly, the more cheese the easier it will be.

9. Preheat the oven at 180 degrees and bake for 18 minutes. Observe that the cheese on the surface is melted and slightly burnt. If you don't like the cheese, you can take it out in 15 minutes.

10. Baked rice with mixed vegetables and bacon full of exotic flavors is out!

Tips:

As long as you don't make salty, you can't go wrong!
