Baked Rice with Mixed Vegetables and Bacon

Wash the green peppers, onions, and mushrooms, chop them and set aside.

Chop the bacon slices and set aside.

Heat a little olive oil in a pot and turn to low heat.

Sprinkle in the chopped onion first, fry the onion fragrance.

Add green peppers and mushrooms and stir-fry evenly.

Put the rice in, stir-fry the rice vigorously without leaving lumps, and sprinkle with salt, chicken essence, pepper, five-spice powder, and stir-fry evenly on low heat.

Put the rice in a large baked rice bowl, press flat, and sprinkle with black olives.

Spread the mozzarella cheese evenly, the more cheese the easier it will be.
