Bamboo Rice

Divide the bamboo into small pieces

Soak the glutinous rice for about five hours

Then rinse off
4.
Peel out the green peas and rinse
5.
Dice the sausage
6.
Peel and dice carrots

Pour all the above four ingredients into a bowl

Add light soy sauce, salt, chicken essence and mix evenly

Then fill the raw materials into the bamboo tube

And seal the small window of the bamboo tube with aluminum foil

Set up a stove

Put on the bamboo tube and fire it

Rotate the bamboo tube continuously during the roasting process

Note: During the roasting process, the fire can not be cut to large, if there is carbon fire, it is better
