Banana Peanut Egg Pancake
1.
Put the eggs and bananas in the water (boiled water) and the noodles at the same time
2.
To make the noodles and the eggs and bananas soften together. When the noodles are no longer sticky, wrap the noodles in plastic wrap and leave for 15-30 minutes
3.
Crush the peanuts (you must use shelled peanuts)
4.
Roll the previously kneaded noodles into a rectangular shape and put a little oil on top of the peanuts that were crushed before rolling into a cylindrical shape and divide them into equal-sized rounds.
5.
Put a little oil in the pan and start using medium and small fire pancakes. It takes about 1 to 2 minutes for each side of the pancake.
Tips:
Don’t make pancakes for a long time. Peanuts must be very crushed, otherwise the peanuts will protrude when the pancakes are rolled later, and they will not be in the pancake
