Tips:
1. A lot of people buy barbecue sauce to make barbecue. In fact, you just try garlic sauce instead. A bag of barbecue sauce costs 5 yuan, while garlic sauce is only 5 yuan. And it tastes much better than barbecue sauce.
2. Brushing peanut oil when roasting meat is to make the meat softer and tender, otherwise the meat will be hard and not tasty.
3. When you skewer olives, it is best to skewer an olive cob, the hard one. Because olive vegetables fall off easily.
