Every weekend, the white-collar me becomes a little cook. Today at noon, I made a delicious honey-glazed barbecued pork rice for my family! When you have an oven at home, everything is convenient. Nowadays, we rarely buy ready-made barbecued pork, we DIY when we want to eat it. Bake it yourself, make it and eat it now, it has the original flavor, no added coloring, and uses authentic honey instead of cyclamate, so you can feel relieved to eat! After getting married, in order to take care of my family, my cooking skills have been gradually improved from scratch, and now I can do everything with ease. As long as you are willing to enter the kitchen and are not afraid of being tired, you can also become the senior chef of your family!

Barbecued Pork Rice with Honey Sauce

1. Prepare the ingredients

2. Mix all the ingredients to make a moderately thin marinade sauce

3. Cut the lean meat into strips about 4cm wide, 2cm thick, and 10cm long

4. Spread the sauce evenly on each strip of meat. Put the spread meat strips together with the remaining sauce into the crisper

5. Sealed, put in the fresh-keeping layer of the refrigerator and marinated overnight. Bake at noon the next day, and marinate for more than 12 hours.

6. While preheating the oven at 200 degrees, place the marinated pork strips evenly on the baking tray

7. Put it in the middle of the oven, heat up and down, 200 degrees, for 30 minutes

8. After 15 minutes, take it out, spread the sauce, turn it over, and put it in the oven to bake

9. After 10 minutes, take it out and transfer the char siu to the grill

10. Then spread a layer of honey

11. Place the grilling net in the middle layer, and put the baking tray on the bottom layer to catch the juice, keep the original temperature, and bake for 5 minutes

12. When the time is up, just take out the roasted char siu

13. Place the rice ball mold with plastic wrap, and then fill it with rice

14. Place the rice ball upside down on the plate and remove the plastic wrap. Slice the barbecued pork, put on top, and finally put on the choy sum

Tips:

Marinated meat must be salted. Without salt, the marinated meat is not tasty enough, and it takes more than 12 hours to marinate!
